Koyomi Japan (koyomijapan.com) is a structured, English-language guide to Japan's seasonal travel events, built for international visitors planning a trip around Japan's seasons.

What this site does

Rather than editorial "top 10" listicles, Koyomi Japan maintains a growing database of individual event pages — fireworks festivals, autumn foliage spots, and eventually cherry blossoms and illuminations — each with exact dates, venue details, access directions, admission info, and practical viewing tips. Dates and details are collected from official municipal and tourism-association sources and re-checked on a regular schedule, with a visible "last verified" timestamp on every page.

The site also runs a Trip Date Matcher, which lets travelers enter their travel dates and see every event happening nearby during their trip.

Who runs it

Koyomi Japan is built and run independently by a single operator based in Japan. It is not affiliated with any tourism board, municipality, or event organizer.
